We were having problems with our tankless water heater release valve was gushing gallons per day. Of course it happened on a holiday, so I pushed off wanting to make a phone call. Shockingly the leak got worse! (sarcasm) I called Scott's company, after they were highly recommended to me, and they came out the same day. They diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly that day, and I was blown away with how well they described the problems to a plumbing dummy like me so vividly.

Scott and his crew were excellent to deal with, and left the work area perfectly clean (which I really appreciated after a bad experience with another company a couple years prior to this). I honestly don't have a clue as to why you wouldn't call them over a competitor. It was the smartest phone call I'd made in a while.

I've used Davis Plumbing twice. Once to install a porcelain kitchen sink with a garbage disposal. They did a great job and were very professional. A couple years later they installed a new shower head and selector valve. They installed it right the first time. As a bonus, they changed out a broken pressure gauge on the well pressure tank. Davis Plumbing is definitely recommended!

I would highly recommend Davis Plumbing! Our water heater was leaking and Scott came out next day to assess and promptly returned for replacement! The install team arrived on time and were knowledgeable, friendly and professional and left with my basement cleaner than they arrived! I also had a leaking outdoor faucet and they were able to fix that on the same day with no problem. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again!

Back in February of 2022, our upstairs bathroom decided to have major plumbing issues which then went down into our first floor bathroom causing extensive water damage. Dealing with the insurance company has been very unpleasant especially learning we were responsible for the plumbing repairs and told this after the insurance company sent a contractor that ripped apart our first floor bathroom to the studs and left it like that for months. After interviewing 7 plumbing companies and getting no where, my friend recommended her son's employer and just like that, we found Davis Plumbing and Heating. The owner came out and went through the bathrooms, looking at everything, and taking the time to answer all of our questions and explain the plumbing information so that we could understand what had happened and how to fix the problem. Then he sent Tyler and another young gentleman whom not only resolved the original plumbing issue of not one but two pipes having broke, they promptly fixed both and prepared the upstairs bathroom for a new sink install by removing the old sink and preparing the pipes. And the best part was the price, it wasn't shell shock and it was very affordable. Overall, The entire work was about an hour and a half but the peace of mind has been priceless. I felt such a huge relief of not having to worry any more of where the leak was and if it would continue, and how much it would cost me to repair.
